These are retained normalized source records, not raw agency response files.
Agency source URLs are recorded in snapshot.json and the CSV files.
Lake elevations retain the issuing source's reference; do not compare absolute elevations between lakes.
Tide predictions use feet MLLW and UTC event timestamps; they are not observations.
Missing lake dates are not interpolated. Changes use last minus first retained reading.
Conservation changes are percentage points, not relative percentages.
A completed human editorial review is not implied by this bundle.

Reproduce summary (Node.js): node method.mjs snapshot.json > reproduced-summary.json
Compare reproduced-summary.json with summary.json.
Verify every file's SHA-256 and byte count against manifest.json.
The checksum verifies file integrity, not the truth of the issuing source or external authenticity.
Corrections require a new version; retain this edition and document the correction.
